"Measure Heart Rate" is a user-friendly app designed for testing and recording heart rate. It provides a convenient way to monitor your heart rate in your daily life and work.

Instructions:

1. Click the "START" button to begin the measurement process
2. Place your index finger close to the camera and flash. After approximately ten seconds, the measurement result will be displayed
3. Select your measurement status and add notes on the "Measurement Result" page
4. Save your result
5. Modify your notes and status on the "Records" page
6. In the "Setting" page, customize functions such as syncing heart rate data to Apple Health, modifying dynamic backgrounds, exporting data, and setting reminders

Principle:

This app utilizes the PPG method to estimate pulse beats. It measures the periodic changes of light intensity in the finger through the camera, which corresponds to the expansion and contraction of blood vessels driven by the human heart's beating rhythm.

IMPORTANT:

This app is not intended for medical use. If you have a heart-related condition, please follow your doctor's advice.

Use of Apple Health:

To ensure transparency regarding how the software interacts with Apple Health data, please refer to the following instructions:

1. When you enable the "Connect to Apple Health" switch in "Settings," the app will prompt you for heart rate write permission through HealthKit.
2. If you grant authorization, your heart rate data will be saved to both the app and Apple Health each time you save a measurement.
3. If authorization is denied, the app will only save the heart rate data locally.
4. If you delete the application, the data stored by the app in Apple Health will also be deleted.
5. The app does not access your health data.
6. To synchronize data with Apple Health, open the Apple Health app, select "Data Source," and close the application.
